ALPHA Real Estate Associates was founded to leverage market inefficiencies and provide clients with stellar returns by a dedicated team with intimate knowledge of Denver’s finest neighborhoods, including Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village and Cherry Creek.
Prior to ALPHA, Ty formed TGP Ventures in 2010 —a real estate investment platform specializing in residential and commercial real estate within Southern California. Before TGP, he worked as an analyst at Pacifica Real Estate Fund I, a 250-million-dollar private equity fund focusing on acquiring and repositioning distressed assets.
Ty is a proud Colorado native who lives in the same Cherry Hills neighborhood he proudly serves. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him enjoying Colorado’s outdoors, including the area’s best golf, skiing and spending time with his loving family.
David Cohen brings values of integrity, hard work and attention to detail to the ALPHA team that ensures every facet of your real estate transaction is clearly communicated. As a proud Colorado native, David attended Colorado State University —walking onto the CSU basketball team to earn a starting role.

During his downtime, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his beautiful wife and three children.
Leveraging his unique background in real estate development and finance throughout the US, Mike Kalicak helps buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals. With an unwavering commitment to working with integrity, Mike creates a sense of urgency to help his clients navigate rapidly changing markets and ensures they stay informed with open communication and expert guidance.
Mike earned a Finance and Economics degree while playing basketball at the University of Southern Indiana. Upon graduating, he moved to Colorado to finance innovative technology and energy companies at a global financial institution. Since 2017, Mike’s focus has been to develop and invest in real estate across the Rocky Mountain region and the Midwest.
His diverse background allows him to guide ALPHA's clients on a range of real estate transactions, including assisting first-time home buyers and structuring capital solutions for global companies.
As a 5th generation Colorado native, Chase Puckett brings unique insights and experience in the Colorado real estate market with a passion for helping people find dream properties that align with their lifestyles. His background includes a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
Besides being part of the ALPHA team and an agent and investor in both Colorado and Wyoming — Chase runs an Oil and Gas mineral rights brokerage that is active in all American basins. When he’s not working with clients, you can find him with his wife Charity, their 1-year-old son Cruz and enjoying his free time as an avid skydiver, helicopter and airplane pilot and on the mat practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
